Part of marketing process improvement is to constantly examine the way your marketing processes work and ask yourself, “is there a better/faster/cheaper/less wasteful way to get the same task or goal accomplished?”

Reaching back to the NY Times article on Toyota, “From 0 to 60 to World Domination”, the article mentions, “Toyota executives recognized early on that improving the process by which the cars are designed and built is just as important as improving the vehicles themselves.”
