Business model advice needed

We were recently approached by a start-up technology client on the west coast. They asked us to take over their Midwest key account sales and field marketing responsibility. Our role is lead generation, partnerships/alliances and key account selling. We’ve recruited a couple of top notch hunters and are getting ready to pull the trigger.
