		<description>Marketing is only involved, but it is already compensated in success by salary (and a job!). 

In theory, if marketing does not bring success, people get terminated. But in reality its the sale people who live on the commission that get the brunt of the fallout. It&#039;s just much easier to blame the pig!</description>
