Thanks for your clear headed comments about data quality. With technology enabled marketing and selling there are no short cuts for getting past the less than sexy hard work that is required. I especially appreciate your first point, &quot;Data quality is not an event.&quot; I hope your client realizes that CRM is not an event either.
